I have trigger which mail me, whenever there is an error in Oracle database.

But i don't know that why server is ending the following error frequently. Everything is running fine.

The following error does not appear in Alert log

ORA-1

INSERT INTO mgmt_db_hdm_metric_helper(COLLECTION_TIMESTAMP, TARGET_GUID, TASK_AVAILABLE) VALUES ( :1, :2, :3)

Regards,

MIFI

ORA-00001: unique constraint (%s.%s) violated
*Cause: An UPDATE or INSERT statement attempted to insert a duplicate key.
For Trusted Oracle configured in DBMS MAC mode, you may see
this message if a duplicate entry exists at a different level.
*Action: Either remove the unique restriction or do not insert the key.

Michel

The problem seems to be a wrong initialization of these tables.
I don't use these ones and can't help you more maybe someone else.
SYSMAN is the owner of Entreprise Manager objects. Maybe reinstalling this product will help you.
I move this topic to EM forum.

Michel

It is becuase of wrong configuration of EM.
you should recreate EM repository again.

and %MGMT% tables is related to OEM and oracle running scheduled jobs for OEM under MGMT_VIEW or SYSMAN user.
