Recently we switched to a hardware load balancer environment with two application server and one database server all running in windows. And after that we started to getting the following "ORA-12500: TNS:listener failed to start a dedicated server process"

This occurs occasionally and we have checked with the memory settings and every thing looks fine for us.

Can anyone help on this?

This has nothing to do with memory settings.
Being a generic error, please start with searching this forum. It is been dealt many times.
