Could any Oracle DBA here come along with me and discuss with me how stronger is Oracle Spatial being compared to PostgreSql Database with Spatial Records inserted in table columns.

Explanation:

Spatial records in a database is a records that is saved in cordinate pair in a table. The records that would be populated into the table will be coming from satelite because it will be picking the location of users and tells them exactly where the user is located. PostgreSql Database uses PostGIS to integrate with PostgreSQL Server so that the feature of storing spatial records in a table can be accomplished.

I will need to discuss this with people in this Forum.
